PREDATOR_VOID // CLASSIFIED < RETURN_TO_SYSTEM

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is a non-negotiable operational baseline within the Predator Void network. This document defines precisely what parameters are handled during your infiltration of our sectors, how system metadata is processed, and your rights under regional data protocols. Effective: August 6, 2026.

1. Local Storage Allocation

Predator Void stores the following data directly on your device via localStorage, none of which is transmitted anywhere except where noted in Section 2:

predatorVoid_uid — a randomly generated identifier used to associate your runs with the global leaderboard. It is not linked to your real identity.

predatorVoid_callsign — the display name you choose for the leaderboard.

predatorVoid_save — your current sector progress, used to power the "Continue" option.

predatorVoid_consent — your saved cookie preference (accepted or rejected), so the consent banner does not reappear on return visits.

This data stays in your browser's local storage and is not accessible to other websites. Clearing your browser data will permanently remove it, including your saved progress and leaderboard identity.

2. Cookies & Third-Party Services

Predator Void uses a consent banner on first visit to control which of the following services are allowed to run. Google Analytics and Google AdSense are both set to a denied state by default and only activate after you click Accept. If you click Reject, neither service sets tracking cookies, though Google Analytics may still receive limited, cookieless pings for aggregate reporting.

Google Analytics: once consented, measures gameplay flow, session duration, and device/browser type to help us understand performance and fix compatibility issues across browsers.

Google AdSense: once consented, serves and personalizes advertisements. Prior to consent, only non-personalized ads may be shown, consistent with Google's Consent Mode.

Supabase (database backend): powers the live global leaderboard. When you set a callsign and complete a run, your predatorVoid_uid, chosen callsign, score, and best sector are stored on Supabase's servers so they can be displayed publicly on the leaderboard. This is considered essential to the leaderboard feature and is not gated by the cookie banner, since no advertising or cross-site tracking cookie is involved — only the functional data described above.

You can change your cookie decision at any time by clearing your browser's site data for predatorvoid.com, which will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit.

3. Third-Party Vendor Policies

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this or other web ecosystems. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their navigation patterns across digital networks.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising layouts entirely by visiting the explicit choice portal located at www.aboutads.info or altering preferences inside Google Ads Settings.

4. Structural Content Security

All transaction routing to predatorvoid.com runs safely across modern TLS/SSL encryption layers. We do not maintain unencrypted remote relational databases for target profiles. You are advised to access the system terminal layout strictly through secured devices.

If the game encounters a technical error during play, limited diagnostic information (the type of error, your browser's user agent string, and the page URL) may be automatically logged to help us fix compatibility issues. This diagnostic data is not linked to any personal identity and is used solely for debugging.

5. Operational Protocol Revisions

Desinx Studio reserves the right to modify these operational privacy metrics at any point. Continued deployment activation inside our environment framework confirms explicit structural agreement with updated legal layers.
