These Terms of Engagement govern your access to and use of Predator Void and all associated systems. They are a binding agreement between you and the Predator Void operators. Effective: 01 January 2026.
Predator Void is a high-intensity survival simulation. By entering the Void, you acknowledge that visual distortion effects, rapid environmental changes, high-contrast strobing, and sudden AI-generated audio events are intentional design features — not defects. Users with photosensitive conditions, epilepsy, or sensitivity to intense visual stimuli are advised to proceed with extreme caution or not at all.
Predator Void is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, or exploit the game or any portion of its systems for commercial purposes without explicit written authorisation from the operators.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate session termination and permanent local data reset without notice.
All source code, game engine logic, Apex Predator AI designs, atmospheric assets, audio, visual elements, and branding associated with Predator Void are the exclusive intellectual property of the Predator Void operators. The Sonar Mechanic, as implemented herein, is a proprietary game system. Unauthorised replication for commercial use constitutes a breach of applicable copyright and intellectual property law.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE OPERATORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SECTOR AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PREDATOR VOID OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CORE COLLAPSES, DATA LOSS, OR FRUSTRATION SUSTAINED IN SECTOR 49.
Failure to survive 50 sectors does not constitute a breach of this agreement. You retain the right to retry your mission at any time, provided the central uplink remains operational. The operators reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal action is initiated.
The operators reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
